PHPCI持续集成系统中文汉化

摘要：最后一次构建成功的是该项目构建从来没有成功过构建记录中次构建通过。

这几天在研究持续集成，发现了PHPCI这个使用PHP实现的持续集成工具，挺好玩的，发现它没有中文语言，顺手就汉化了，现在分享出来，希望哪天有人的用上。
